Updates Hub

Pizza House Simulator is a released Steam game. The doors opened on 19 August 2026 after a demo that taught the cooking loop during Next Fest season. This hub exists so we do not describe a live shop as unreleased. Detailed narrative of the launch week lives in launch notes. The day-before kitchen checklist—fryer, wine, three-tier stations, staff roles, calendar—lives in Day-One Kitchen Reveal. Demo-era tablet, invites, and credit rework live in Demo First Update. Gameplay still lives on the Guides Hub.

What “released” means on this wiki

You can buy the Windows build on Steam today. Solo works. Online co-op up to six works as a listed feature. A demo app (4776950) existed to preview dough, sauce, oven, and impatient guests. The full product adds automation, customization, disasters, loans, stocks, gambling, leaderboards, and Twitch/Kick-style community hooks. If an article on this site ever sounds like a wishlist, it is out of date—ping the facts file in our heads and read this hub again.

Demo-era fixes that still matter

Steam news around the demo already shipped quality-of-life that owners still feel:

  • Portable order tablet you can carry to the oven.
  • Steam co-op invites, then join-by-code errors that tell the truth.
  • Solo Escape pause that lifts when a friend joins.
  • Horse-racing form reading and credit-score borrowing.
  • Crash-on-launch tied to Steam configuration.
  • Money reset after save/load called out and addressed.
  • Collision spots, floating nameplates, table numbers readable at distance.
  • Empty dough, oil, and sauce-powder meshes.
  • Cold-area mark on the freezer door.
  • Payment ledger on the counter.
  • End-of-day star reaction animation.

Teach the full demo post on Demo First Update. If your copy still shows the old bugs, verify files and use troubleshooting before you assume the shop is haunted.

Patch 1.005 and how we will log the next one

Steam news dated 20 August 2026 shipped v1.005: basil-pot colliders, comma-separated Twitch channels, wood-before-marble unlocks, an earlier Pizza Ready bell, sauce-station white-out, clock wrap after midnight, hiring-quest double counts, shelf stacking for joiners, and motto desync. Teach that page, do not paraphrase from memory: patch 1.005. Known issues on that post include a quest-reward hitch, transparent outdoor ground, and slow customer flow on some machines.

New Steam news posts become new child pages when they change verbs. We will not invent the next patch ID. We will not claim a Trello that does not exist.

When a patch changes spending, we also touch kitchen upgrades. When it changes hosting, we touch Co-op Multiplayer. When it changes boot, we touch troubleshooting and system requirements. Leaderboard habits: leaderboards.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the game still in demo or early access?

No. The full Steam Windows release launched on 19 August 2026. The demo was a preview of the cooking loop.

Where are daily patch notes?

On Steam. This hub summarizes what owners still need. Launch notes hold the narrative until a new major post deserves its own page.

Will you add a Trello tracker?

Only if the developers publish one. We will not invent a roadmap board.
